I am interested in training all levels of fitness and abilities.  I love Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.  Heavy ball, balance balls, bands and dumbbells are also high on my list of favorites.  I have special interests in functional fitness, low impact aerobics, weight training, posture improvements and balance.  

I live in Altoona with my husband Richard and take great pride in my kids and three grandchildren

I grew up in Altoona and attended Southeast Polk Schools.  I have had exceptional experience in baseball, coaching and umpiring.  My special interests are High Intensity Cardio Workouts, Running, Cross Training, Sports Conditioning and Weight Training.

I enjoy all facets of fitness and training.  I’ve continued a great love for soccer, running, and coaching softball, soccer and basketball in Altoona and Des Moines.  I enjoy special interests in Yoga, Hot Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Sports Conditioning.

I live in Altoona with my husband Charlie and step daughter Bailey.  I grew up here and attended Southeast Polk schools.
