Group Training
Group training can be very advantageous; it’s lower in cost per person than personal training and just as effective. Get a group of up to four friends who share the same goals and similar fitness abilities. Lots of fun, laughter, and positive reinforcement. Share the road to fitness together. Hold each other accountable. Enjoy the camaraderie or make it a contest!
Strength, agility, flexibility, weight loss, balance, posture, and specific sports conditioning are all achievable goals.
Modifications for exercises can be given to anyone needing special postures for injuries or abilities.
Medical and injury histories are carefully considered. Testing for strength and endurance are given periodically. Weight and tape measurements are optional.
